Two weeks ago, the Pilots women's basketball team was coming off their worst two weeks of the season after losing three games in a row. But after four consecutive wins, two of which were on the road, the Pilots have played themselves back into contention in the West Coast Conference.

So when rumors of cancelling the spring season began to circulate, complaints began to pour in. Rather than getting rid of intramural ultimate, the Department of Recreational Services decided to change the format of the competition.
